| Cancellation Policy Once you have booked your accommodation at the Rosemere Guest House, you have entered into a legal binding contract. The Rosemere Guest House will uphold the right to levy the charges, as set out in the Industry Standard Scale of Cancellation Charges. If for any reason you cancel your Holiday, or unable to stay for the complete booked period, the following charges will be applied. Number of days notice Cancellation fee charged Less than 24hrs notice 100% 1 - 6 days 80% 7 - 13 days 65% 14 - 27 days 50% 28 - 56 days 30% 56 days or more deposit only If we can re-book your room then only the deposit fee will apply. Notice period, is the time from the initial notice of cancellation, to the commencement of your booking. We therefore advise all Guests to have a suitable cancellation insurance policy in place. |
