These rates are per person and include Breakfast

A surcharge of £5.00 per person will apply for single night occupancy

A surcharge of £15.00 per night will apply for one person occupying a double room

Senior Citizens

A discount of 5% will be applied upon request

Child Reductions

5 years - 7 years  = 50% reduction

8 years - 12 years = 33% reduction

These deductions based on children sharing Room with 2 Adults

We are now able to accept all major Credit/Debit Cards

Cancellation Policy

Once you have booked your accommodation at the Rosemere Guest House, you have entered into a legal binding contract. The Rosemere Guest House will uphold the right to levy charges, as set out in the Industry Standard Scale of Cancellation Charges. If for any reason you cancel your Holiday, or unable to stay for the complete booked period, the following charges will be applied.

56 days or more                    deposit only

If we can re-book your room then only the deposit fee will apply. Notice period, is the time from the initial notice of cancellation, to the commencement of your booking. We therefore advise all Guests to have a suitable cancellation insurance policy in place.
